It is about sustainability, climate change, nature
conservation and thus about our future. Nature shows us again and again that
we are only guests on earth. But do we also behave like guests? Not always,
certainly not considerately enough.
Because the consequences of environmental
pollution are becoming more and more obvious. Dying forests, polluted water,
extinct animal species and a dangerous climate change.
These circumstances are not always present in all minds and
are far too often ignored, at least forgotten. For this reason, the photo artist Kristian Liebrand wants to draw attention to the importance of an intact environment and
raise awareness with his photo art project "nude for nature".
Everyone has responsibility for the earth. Every individual
is part of the solution and should make a positive contribution. This is easier
than thought, especially today with the multitude of ecological options
available. For example, by donating to an environmental protection organization
and especially by acting more consciously, such as buying more regional and
organic products, driving less, reducing waste and switching to alternative
energies.
The project initiator, Kristian Liebrand, works as a photographer
without a fee and gives away his works as a climate-neutral printed illustrated
book to all those who get involved by donating to selected environmental
protection organizations, have trees planted or switch to green electricity
now.
Through exhibitions, environmental protection is
artistically brought into focus and thought-provoking. For a healthy world with
a future.
